Director's Statement

Founded in 1995 to provide a quality and responsive service, the Group has enjoyed a rapid but controlled expansion in an attempt to take it to the forefront of the industry.

The company was established with the aim of providing a level of service to users of manned security that was hitherto unavailable. Success has enabled the company to attract investment and employ the expertise necessary to provide the stability and skill to maintain consistent levels of excellence in every aspect of its business.

With offices in Birmingham, Bourne End and London and via a structure of Area Managers, The Brigade Guarding Group supply uniformed officers nationwide. Taking a unique approach to the industry, the company has targeted and successfully serviced large, national contracts with blue chip organisations rather than saturating particular geographic areas with small assignments, which are often required to support the overheads of regional offices.

Each Director of the company has core skills and is supported by trained and motivated staff performing the duties within his area of responsibility.

Our Operations Managers, together with their teams, are personally responsible for ensuring service delivery. They are supported by a national network of Managers, with extensive experience gained in the industry.

As well as the Head Office and dedicated on-site management, The Brigade Guarding Group has developed a strong regional structure to improve the day-to-day contact between the personnel on your site, including your own management, and our organisation. This system of close coordination between our two organisations enables us to be pro-active in identifying any problems and solving them quickly.

The Directors will be in regular contact and immediately available to respond to the day-to-day demands of your assignment, reacting promptly and effectively to any requirements. The advantage of this system is the increased flexibility and improved response relevant to the management of each individual site. Furthermore, the regular contact with the officers on each site improves motivation and a sense of belonging leading to lower staff turnover and increased levels of individual performance.
